Training courses

Team strength: the researchers and collaborators who contributed to the success of Dr. Malgora's projects.
SCHOOL-WORK TRAINING INTERNSHIPS

I believe in leaving a meaningful mark on younger generations. That’s why I actively participate in School–Work Training programmes (FSL)—formerly known as PCTO (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Career Guidance). These experiences are a compulsory part of Italian high school education, designed to complement classroom learning with practical activities in companies, institutions, universities, or simulated environments. Activities vary depending on the type of school—academic, technical, or vocational—and may include internships, project work, workshops, simulations, guided visits, and volunteering. Their goal is to help students develop professional and transferable skills while making informed choices about their future.

For me, this is not just about teaching—it’s about sharing passion, awareness and respect for the work one chooses to pursue.

Students who join me don’t just observe; they become part of the process. From organizing cultural events and exhibitions to visiting museums for artifact study and conservation and even participating in forensic investigations on mummies. The experience is truly immersive. They also meet the specialists I collaborate with and engage with museum institutions, discovering the many professional roles within them.

This is an immersive 360-degree journey that goes beyond skills and knowledge. It leaves a lasting memory—and sometimes, it sparks genuine friendships.
